COMPLETED DEVELOPMENT. This project required a change of use planning application and a detailed interior design scheme that worked with building regulations to create a simply modern and contemporary Pad that was a stones through from the centre of town. Additional floor space was created by the addition of new steel work on the front elevation within the site boundary of the freehold.

WORK IN PROGRESS. Planning obtained to demolish an existing entrance lobby and re-build this new south facing day room creating additional internal floor area to the existing residential dwelling for the client.

COMPLETED EXTENSION. Our design for this detached corner plot was to successfully achieve planning approval following our first planning application where previous architects had failed. A proportionately vast open plan ground floor Space has been achieved within this extension with the integration of substantial Steel work allowing the additional first floor to be completely in scale and context to the original dwelling house.

COMPLETED EXTENSION. This project combined substantial internal structural alterations and utilized the undersized garage floor area while extending the garage roof line to create a large extension to the family home with no visual impact on surrounding neighbours.

COMPLETED EXTENSION. The ground floor of this extension accommodated the large open plan kitchen shown on the completed interiors section of my website. The first floor above was built up on top of a large structural steel frame linking it back to the original dwelling house creating an additional bedroom and en-suite facilities for my client.

COMPLETED CONVERSION. The conversion and renovation of this delightful existing grain store retained the original integrity of the Granary with a seamless link back to the original dwelling house without the need for a full planning application.
